Terms of Service
Last updated: March 9, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using OpenClaw Linux Installation services at openclawlinux.net, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
OpenClaw Linux Installation provides managed installation, configuration, and monitoring services for the open-source OpenClaw AI assistant on Linux servers you own or lease. We do not provide the servers themselves — you are responsible for procuring and maintaining your own Linux infrastructure.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, your server infrastructure, and any API keys you configure within OpenClaw. You agree not to share your account credentials or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
4. Server Access and Data
During installation and maintenance, we may require temporary SSH access to your server. This access is used solely for service provisioning. All data on your server — including conversations, files, and AI interactions — belongs to you. We do not access, monitor, or store your server data beyond what is necessary for the installation process.
5. Payment and Billing
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected during registration. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days written notice. Server costs from your hosting provider are your responsibility and are billed separately.
6. Service Availability
We strive for high availability of our management platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Your OpenClaw instance runs independently on your server and will continue operating even if our management platform experiences downtime.
7. Limitation of Liability
OpenClaw Linux Installation is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, server downtime, or third-party service failures.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate service at any time. Upon termination, your OpenClaw instance will continue running on your server but will no longer receive managed updates or monitoring from us. You retain full ownership of your server and data.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website.
